His expertise covers price fixing, bid rigging, securities and commodities fraud, FCPA violations, healthcare fraud, and money laundering offenses.
A significant focus of his practice involves criminal and civil antitrust enforcement matters with the DOJ’s Antitrust Division and state regulators. He addresses both private civil and global regulatory aspects, collaborating with Skadden’s antitrust litigators in Europe and Asia.
Recognized by Chambers USA and The Best Lawyers in America, Mr. Glaser is praised for his attentiveness and as a go-to litigator for complex litigation. His notable work includes representing Stilwell Value LLC in a landmark case challenging the SEC’s administrative law judges under the U.S. Constitution, a case shortlisted for the Financial Times’ North America Innovative Lawyers Award.
