Mr. Richman is the Managing Member and Founder of Richman Law Firm PLLC. In this capacity, he oversees the daily operations of the firm and manages litigation on some of the most complex legal issues across a wide range of practice areas and disciplines.
Before establishing Richman Law Firm PLLC, Mr. Richman served as a trial and appellate attorney at a law firm in New York City, where he litigated and tried various cases in both state and federal courts across New York. He also prepared and argued numerous appeals in some of the highest courts in the state.
Mr. Richman’s experience spans several practice areas, including personal injury law, civil rights, real estate law, housing court, business and corporate law, class actions, employment law, and intellectual property. Prior to his last firm, he worked at a large Long Island law firm, where he managed a team of paralegals involved in product liability, pharmaceutical mass tort, class actions, and multidistrict litigation matters.
He earned his Juris Doctor from Touro Law Center, where he held several leadership roles, including Editor-in-Chief of the Law Journal, a member of the Trial Team, and co-founder of the Business Law Society.
Mr. Richman has received numerous accolades, including the Nassau County Comptroller’s Award for Excellence in Leadership, and has been recognized as a New York State Super Lawyer in the Rising Stars Category in Metro New York for the years 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020.
Currently residing in New York City, Mr. Richman is an avid fan of New York sports teams, including the Yankees, Giants, Knicks, and Islanders.
