Robert J. Ivanhoe is Vice Chair at Greenberg Traurig, Senior Chairman of the Global Real Estate Practice, and Co-Chair of the REIT Practice. His practice focuses on complex real estate structures, financing, workouts, restructurings, and the acquisition and disposition of various asset classes. With over 30 years of experience, he has represented prominent domestic and international owners, developers, and institutional lenders and investors.
Robert is frequently invited to write and speak on current real estate industry issues. He is recognized by Chambers USA, The Legal 500, The New York Observer, and Real Estate New York as a top real estate attorney in New York and across the U.S. He is also a member of Greenberg Traurig’s Executive Committee, Board of Directors, and Operating Committee.
