Olivia Lee has over ten years of experience in matrimonial and family law, representing clients in various issues such as custody, child support, equitable distribution, maintenance, and the negotiation and drafting of prenuptial, postnuptial, and separation agreements. She successfully resolves cases through both settlement and litigation at trial and appellate levels. Before joining Cohen Clair, she practiced at a boutique matrimonial firm in Manhattan.
Ms. Lee is licensed to practice in New York State and the Southern District of New York, and she is also a member of the Bar of the Supreme Court of the United States. Since 2019, she has co-chaired the Matrimonial and Family Law Committee of the New York Women’s Bar Association and previously served on the Matrimonial Committee of the New York City Bar Association. Additionally, she has delivered guest lectures and presentations at various bar association events. Ms. Lee has been recognized by Super Lawyers as a New York “Rising Star” in Family Law each year since 2017 and has been acknowledged as one of New York’s “Best Lawyers” by The Best Lawyers in America.
Ms. Lee earned her JD from Cornell Law School in 2010 and her BA from the University of California, Los Angeles in 2006. She is fluent in French and Korean and resides in Westchester, New York, with her husband and two children.
