As lead counsel, Nic has handled multimillion-dollar financing rounds for venture capital and private equity-backed companies and has guided clients through mergers and acquisitions, with deal values ranging from millions to over one billion dollars. He also serves as a key advisor for entertainment, sports, and apparel businesses, celebrities and their brands, NIL collectives, and other clients on a wide array of corporate and business law matters.
