Josh Brody is a partner in the New York office of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher and a member of the Business Restructuring and Reorganization Practice Group. His practice focuses on representing clients in complex chapter 11 bankruptcy cases and distressed situations, including negotiating and litigating reorganization plans and debtor-in-possession financings. He also represents a variety of creditors across different levels of complex structures, such as secured and unsecured creditors, bondholders, bank debtholders, indenture trustees, creditors’ committees, and trade creditors.
Additionally, Josh advises hedge funds and financial institutions on debtholder rights and remedies, helping them navigate intricate corporate and capital structures.
