Jay H. Min became an Associate at Rosenberg & Estis, P.C. in 2023, joining the firm’s Litigation Department. He has extensive experience in civil defense, having handled cases from pre-suit investigation to ADR/trial, including discovery and depositions. With over a decade of legal experience, Jay has worked in insurance defense, banking, commercial, and real estate litigation, representing institutional clients in commercial litigation and commercial mortgage foreclosure actions.
Before joining Rosenberg & Estis, Jay served as Senior Counsel at Tyson & Mendes, LLP, and is a 2022 graduate of the Tyson & Mendes Trial Academy.
