Ivan M. Diamond, Esq. is a dedicated New Yorker, having been born in Brooklyn and raised in Manhattan, with his practice located in the Bronx. He proudly graduated from the New York City public school system, first from Stuyvesant High School and then from Hunter College. To support his family, he attended Brooklyn Law School during the evenings, where he achieved the distinction of “best in class” in Torts, a key area in personal injury law.
Since 1995, Mr. Diamond has been a steadfast advocate for victims of negligence and medical malpractice, successfully securing significant financial settlements for their pain, suffering, and other damages.
His legal practice is exclusively focused on personal injury, negligence, and medical malpractice law. This specialization allows Attorney Diamond to leverage his extensive experience, knowledge, determination, courtroom prowess, and the savvy of a true New Yorker in every case he undertakes.

Outside of his legal career, Ivan Diamond enjoys playing and watching basketball and has a passion for history, particularly the rich history of New York City. He is happily married and has two children.
