She collaborates with the real estate group to support the firm’s clients in various aspects of luxury residential real estate, including purchases and sales, construction, renovation, and design. A distinctive aspect of her practice involves working closely with New York City cooperatives and condominiums, particularly in new developments, to address clients’ specific needs. Ilyse has significant experience in preparing, reviewing, and negotiating commercial real estate purchase and sale agreements, commercial leases, brokerage agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
