Frank Floriani is a member of the firm and heads the Product Liability and Complex Litigation department at Sullivan Papain. Mr. Floriani possesses a diverse range of legal expertise and has handled numerous litigation matters, including cases involving defective products, professional liability, maritime claims, construction accidents, aviation disasters, railway worker claims, and toxic torts. His efforts have also established important precedents in New York state law, such as in the landmark case Friedman v. State of New York, which addressed government liability for accidents resulting from inadequate roadway design. A second-generation attorney, Mr. Floriani joined Sullivan Papain in 1979 and has been a firm member since 1986.
