Diana Brummer is a partner in the Business Law Department and co-chair of the Real Estate Industry group. Her expertise covers a wide range of commercial real estate transactions, focusing on complex joint ventures, various types of financing, acquisitions, loan workouts, and development projects.
She serves diverse clients, including institutional investors, pension funds, private real estate funds, and public and private REITs, providing guidance on managing distressed real estate assets.
Before joining Goodwin in 2018, Ms. Brummer was a partner at Stroock & Stroock & Lavan LLP and previously practiced at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton LLP, where she spent over two years in their Tokyo office. Having lived in Japan for five years, she is proficient in Japanese.
