Specializing in construction defect and contract cases, David represents clients across the construction spectrum, including owners, developers, general contractors, trade contractors, and suppliers. He possesses a deep understanding of the specialized laws governing New York’s real estate and construction sectors, which he effectively utilizes to achieve optimal outcomes.
In addition to his litigation work, David has substantial transactional experience in negotiating and drafting various construction and design contracts for both large-scale developments and residential projects.
