Danielle Corbisiero serves as an Associate in the Commercial Litigation practice at the firm. Before joining, she defended insurance carriers in Fraud/Special Investigation cases, focusing on evaluating medical provider fraud and intentional or staged losses. Her experience includes litigating personal injury protection, premises liability, and New York State labor law matters, as well as monitoring primary defense counsel. Danielle is well-regarded for her strategic judgment, having managed cases from inception to resolution and advising clients on alternative dispute resolution, including handling appeals to reduce carrier costs.
Danielle completed an accelerated program, earning her Juris Doctor degree in December 2018 from the Maurice A. Deane School of Law at Hofstra University in just two and a half years. While in law school, she participated in a Study Abroad program focused on “Immigration Law and Border Enforcement” in San Diego, California, and Tijuana, Mexico. Additionally, Danielle externed in the Commercial Division of the Nassau Supreme Court under Honorable Vito M. DeStefano and interned with a firm specializing in appellate advocacy and trial litigation strategy.
