Christopher J. Donadio has served as lead trial counsel in over 40 cases, securing verdicts in both State and Federal courts in New York and New Jersey. He also has extensive experience in appellate courts, where he has drafted and argued appeals. His practice focuses on catastrophic personal injury and medical malpractice, and he is admitted to practice in both New York and New Jersey. Christopher has been recognized as a SuperLawyers Rising Star in the New York Metro area since 2013 and as a Best Lawyer in New York since 2018. Additionally, he was named to the National Trial Lawyers’ Top 40 Under 40 list for New York.
Due to his success as a trial attorney, Christopher has been invited to lecture for various organizations, including the American Association for Justice and the New York State Trial Lawyers’ Association. He also speaks for the New Jersey Association for Justice and the American Board of Trial Advocates.
A graduate of Duke Law School, Christopher was a member of the Duke Journal of Constitutional Law and Public Policy and the Moot Court Team. His oral advocacy skills led to his selection for the prestigious National Moot Court Competition. During law school, he worked in legal clinics, providing free representation to those in need, which ignited his passion for helping individuals who have suffered significant harm.
Before joining his current firm, Christopher worked at a corporate litigation firm, representing large corporations. He later transitioned into personal injury and medical malpractice law to focus on helping those in need. Prior to joining Gair, Gar, Conason, Rubinowitz, Bloom, Hershenhorn, Steigman & Mackauf, he spent nearly seven years at a New York plaintiff’s personal injury firm, honing his skills in advocating for those who have suffered severe harm.
