Alexander has experience with in-house secondments in the enforcement and investigation divisions of two major banks, where he focused on financial products and employment-related matters.
He is licensed to practice in New York, England & Wales, and Australia (NSW). His experience includes working with various domestic regulators and agencies such as the SEC, DOJ, CFTC, FINRA, FERC, as well as international counterparts including ASIC, FCA, AMF, and BaFin.
