He is licensed to practice in New York, England & Wales, and Australia (NSW). His experience includes working with various domestic regulators and agencies such as the SEC, DOJ, CFTC, FINRA, FERC, as well as international counterparts including ASIC, FCA, AMF, and BaFin.
