Since May 2003, Andrew Niese has been a practicing attorney in good standing in Ohio. In 1999, Andrew Niese graduated cum laude from The Ohio State University with a double major in Criminology and Political Science. Andrew Niese then attended the University of Toledo College of Law, receiving his Juris Doctor in 2002.
From 2003 until May 2008, Andrew Niese practiced law in Northwest Ohio. He dealt extensively with criminal law, probate law, estate planning, juvenile law, contract law, business formation and management, domestic relations, and real estate transactions. These experiences required extensive legal research, writing, trial preparation, client counseling, and negotiation.
In May 2008, Andrew Niese relocated with his wife and young child to Columbus in Franklin County. He continued his legal practice there with the Bergman & Yiangou Law Firm. Andrew Niese is an active member of the Columbus Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association. He also participates in the Juvenile and Family Law Committees within Franklin County. Additionally, he is admitted to practice in both the Northern and Southern Federal District Courts.
