Holly Gladstone, a partner in Herrick’s Real Estate Department, brings over 20 years of experience representing lenders and borrowers in real estate and commercial lending transactions, including workouts and restructurings.
Her real estate finance practice spans bilateral and syndicated loans, construction and mezzanine loans, intercreditor agreements, and distressed loans across asset types such as nursing facilities, student housing, and office buildings. Holly also handles note-on-note transactions.
In commercial lending, she focuses on recurring revenue loans in the home security and medical monitoring industries, asset-based, and cash flow loans across various sectors. Her clients include national and regional banks, financial institutions, and non-bank lenders.
Holly has been recognized by Best Lawyers in America© in Banking and Finance Law since 2022 and Real Estate Law since 2023. She was also featured in the 2023 New York Real Estate Journal Women in Commercial Real Estate Spotlight.
