Jayne’s recent MDL appointments include the Plaintiff’s Executive Committee for the In re: Insulin Pricing Litigation, which claims pharmaceutical companies inflated insulin prices, and the In re: Camp Lejeune Water Litigation, which alleges that toxic chemicals in drinking water caused severe health conditions, including cancer and birth defects.
She also serves on the leadership team for the In re: Social Media Adolescent Addiction/Personal Injury Products Liability Litigation, which addresses claims that social media platforms foster addictive behaviors in adolescents. Additionally, she is on the Plaintiff’s Steering Committee for the In re McKinsey & Co Inc National Prescription Opiate Consultant Litigation, which accuses McKinsey of driving opioid addiction through harmful marketing strategies.
