Stefan Borovina specializes in assisting construction contractors, healthcare providers, manufacturers, and other employers with risk management and litigation involving OSHA, the New York City Department of Buildings (DOB), and other regulatory agencies. He advises and represents clients across New York and nationwide on safety policies, accident investigations, inspections, and resolving citations. Stefan’s primary objective is to help clients minimize or avoid risk and liability. When early resolution isn’t possible, he contests citations and litigates before the Occupational Safety and Health Review Commission, including trial proceedings.
As an OSHA-Authorized Construction Trainer, Stefan has also completed various trainings through the DOB, such as Site Safety Training Supervisor certification and 32-Hour Supported Scaffold Installer and Remover training. He regularly publishes articles and speaks on OSHA, DOB, and safety compliance topics.
