Jane serves as the Women’s Advancement Leader at Ropes & Gray, dedicated to promoting the firm’s objectives regarding its female lawyers. She previously held the positions of co-head of the firm’s North American mergers & acquisitions group and managing partner of the Boston office.
As a deal lawyer, Jane has provided guidance to a diverse array of public and private companies, as well as their boards of directors, on issues related to corporate governance, securities regulation, and general legal matters. She also represents investment banking firms in financial advisory roles and possesses considerable experience advising U.S. companies in the retail and consumer products sectors.
Her notable clients include adidas AG, Oscar de la Renta Ltd., General Catalyst, Charlesbank Capital, The TJX Companies, Stride Consumer Partners, Exeter Capital, L.P., PJT Partners, and Joseph Altuzarra.
