Andrew C. Bershtein is a seasoned attorney with a strong track record of delivering effective, client-focused legal services to his community. Drawing from his experiences as a builder, entrepreneur, and lawyer, Mr. Bershtein offers a unique perspective that allows him to address the varied challenges faced by his clients. He provides tailored advice that meets their specific legal, business, and practical requirements.
Mr. Bershtein’s journey into law was unconventional. As the child of immigrants, he spent considerable time working alongside his father, a general contractor, on construction sites. This hands-on experience laid the groundwork for his interest in real estate, a passion that developed further during his academic studies and shaped his career path.
After earning his degree from Rutgers University, Mr. Bershtein transitioned into the financial services sector as a regulatory compliance consultant. Leveraging his business acumen, he became a successful entrepreneur, founding several profitable companies both before and during his time at Brooklyn Law School.
Prior to establishing his own firm, Mr. Bershtein worked at several prestigious law firms, most recently with Lewis Brisbois Bisgaard & Smith. He founded Bershtein Law to pursue his passion for real estate and entrepreneurship, dedicating himself to serving clients in real estate law, civil litigation, and business consultation.
When not in the office, Mr. Bershtein enjoys playing competitive billiards, ballroom dancing with his wife, and practicing martial arts with his son.
