Nicole Moshang is a litigation partner at the firm, recognized by Chambers for her expertise in representing clients in environmental claims. Her practice includes pursuing and defending cases related to cost recovery, contribution, natural resource damages, toxic torts, breach of contract, insurance coverage, and enforcement actions under various state and federal laws. In addition to litigation, she provides counsel on a wide range of environmental issues, ensuring regulatory compliance with federal, state, and local regulations. Her clients include Fortune 500 companies across diverse sectors, as well as closely held businesses, sole proprietorships, municipalities, and school districts involved in complex environmental litigation.
Nicole is passionate about mentoring new attorneys and contributes to this through her role in the firm’s hiring and mentoring initiatives. She served as the firm’s Hiring Partner from 2017 to 2022.
Outside of her firm responsibilities, Nicole actively participates in several organizations, including the Women’s Energy Network and the Villanova Law School Inn of Court. She is also a longstanding member and former Co-Chair of the Society of Women Environmental Professionals of Greater Philadelphia. Currently, Nicole serves on the Board of Directors for Habitat for Humanity Philadelphia.
