Lawrence A. Ceriello is a partner in the Real Estate Group at the firm.
Mr. Ceriello provides guidance to commercial lenders, investment banks, life insurance companies, hedge funds, and other institutional investors on significant real estate transactions, focusing on complex debt financings and securitizations. With nearly 30 years of experience, he has originated mortgage loans for large commercial real estate projects, including shopping centers, hotels, office buildings, industrial properties, and multi-family units. His expertise extends to multi-property transactions and loans aimed at CMBS securitizations, as well as the origination of mezzanine loans and preferred equity in commercial real estate. Furthermore, Mr. Ceriello has extensive experience in the buying, selling, restructuring, and foreclosure of both performing and non-performing commercial mortgage and mezzanine loans.
He obtained his J.D. from St. John’s University and his B.A., cum laude, from Manhattan College.
